Big D & The Kid's Table - Friday Night

So I went with my friend Kevin, his sister and her husband Josh to see Big D & The Kid's Table on Friday.  They were playing at the Flamingo Cantina on sixth street in Austin. Opening for them was Hardproof Afrobeat, who had very long instrumental songs with a big band feel. While they were pretty awesome too, I was super excited when Big D came on. Kevin and Steph even got to meet the lead singer, David McWane before they played. I am now addicted to their new CD, Fluent In Stroll (available on iTunes).
